I was really surprised. I’m from the south of Spain, from Écija, where we get to enjoy the best olive oils because we can buy them directly from the mill instead of from supermarkets. I thought I’d already tried the best olive oils, but no—Rincon de la Subbética is out of this world. It’s going to be a staple in my home. Fantastic!
