Parqueoliva Sweet Quince Vinegar is a unique vinegar made from the “Membrillo Común” or “Zagrilla” variety of quince, native to the Sierras de la Subbética region of Córdoba. Sourced from small traditional orchards, it is made from the juice of quinces harvested in mid-October. This vinegar does not undergo any aging processes, allowing it to retain all the natural aromas and flavors of the fruit, with notes of compote, dried fruits, and white flowers. On the palate, it stands out for its balanced, smooth flavor with bittersweet tones, making it ideal for creative pairings and delicate dishes.
