Select Potatoes Coming Soon
Soon you’ll be able to buy a selection of Peñagallo potato chips at The Spanish Food Store, including both the Classic and Gourmet lines.
The water from the Dúrcal River, which flows directly from the Sierra Nevada, the pure, unpolluted air of the Granada plain, and the care and dedication of the farmers give the potatoes grown in this area their unique flavor. Peñagallo recognizes the importance of using local products in its artisanal production and therefore selects the best “agria” variety potatoes from Dúrcal and the province of Granada.
Innovation and technology hand in hand with craftsmanship and tradition
Peñagallo invests in ongoing laboratory testing to ensure that its customers receive the highest quality in all of its products. It also uses state-of-the-art packaging machinery to ensure that every bag of potato chips retains its original flavor until the moment it is eaten.
